Designed to have all of the charm of the industrial style, this 12,300-square-foot new construction residence in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, combines sleek modern design with old-school industrial touches. The DKOR Interiors team took to heart the goal of this project: represent the client’s growth as a family while maintaining a unique home aesthetic. To do this, the design centered on natural elements like rustic woods, brick, stone, and concrete. Since the residence’s interiors are wrapped around spacious outdoor living areas and offer stunning views of the water, the design team took its color palette cues from Mother Nature to connect the indoors with the outside making the most of the exclusive waterfront lifestyle.
