Feminine Bedroom Design in Pompano Beach Condo

Our DKORistas recently transformed a 2,500-square-feet Pompano Beach condo in the Sabbia Beach building for our clients and their 23-year-old daughter (you can see the condo’s interior here). While the overall condo design was inspired by the parents’ love of rock ‘n’ roll — complete with jewel-toned colors and materials like metal and velvet — the daughter’s feminine bedroom was created to be her own personal oasis. She loves horses, so we took this inspiration and ran with it for the design of her feminine interior.

The daughter’s bedroom in this Pompano condo is full of grays and pinks, a super sophisticated yet romantic color combination. Our design team added details that are subtly and outwardly equine-related. As a result, you can see her love of horses in the space through and through.

On the walls, wallpaper that looks like wood references a stable. Then, black-and-white prints of horses above the bed bring her passion to the forefront. On the bed, luxurious bedding in the delicate pastel palette with lots of texture looks comfortable yet grown-up. Metallic touches in the warm copper side table and planter, plus black accents in the picture frames, echo this vibe, bringing an air of contemporary refinement to the space. Finished with a delicate, Mid-Century Modern-inspired glass lighting fixture, the scene is perfectly tailored for a young woman with a love of horses.

On the other side of this feminine bedroom, an edgy pastel pink side chair with coordinating fur pillow provides yet another sophisticated yet functional moment. Above the side chair on the wall, slices of tree trunks with black leather straps again tie into the equestrian theme. Additionally, the dainty vases and flowers add even more feminine elements and a designer touch to the entire room.

While very different from this Pompano condo’s rock ‘n’ roll vibe, the daughter’s bedroom turned out perfectly for her and her individual tastes. A feminine interior fit for a horse lover!
