Architectural Digest hosted an exciting night filled with fashion and design at the Artefacto Design House 2017 in Coral Gables. Our interior designers, who may have a secret obsession with the world of fashion was thrilled to get glammed up and celebrate the night of fashionable design icons presented throughout the showroom.
Fashion collections curated by Neiman Marcus showcased the international high fashion design labels such as iconic Emilio Pucci, Balenciaga, Tom Ford, and Valentino. The Architectural Digest interior design event was beyond our expectations as the guests were cleverly guided through the elegant spaces of Artefacto’s showroom.
Each space was uniquely designed by nine interior design firms, including the work of interior designers Marisol Pinto, Daniela Saliba, Mirtha Arriaran that portrayed a model couple adorned with designer fashion garments that curiously matched the showroom space they were “living” in that night. This interaction of life meets design is true to the luxury lifestyle that Artefacto deliver’s in their interior furnishings.
The Brazilian brand recognizes that there is a common thread between fashion and interiors. Often style, textiles, and color palettes that are echoed on the runaway make their way into the design showrooms. We, as DKOR interior designers, have taken inspiration from high fashion labels worn by our clients which give a real connection to their personal sense of style. Discover how we together with the style team at the Fort Lauderdale Neiman Marcus selected the perfect wardrobe for our clients’ custom closet HERE.
While the brand is celebrating their 40th anniversary in the interior design industry this annual interior design event showcases the most recent collections from Artefacto. “A fashionable Life” marks the 6th annual Design House event that is fun and playful. The glamourous event gathers top design and fashion socialites with look-a-like celebrities Coco Chanel, Donatella Versace, and Karl Lagerfeld.
